Paul Taheri, MD, MBA

Dr. Paul Taheri is a trauma surgeon, Chief Executive Officer of Yale Medicine, and a Deputy Dean at the Yale School of Medicine.  He also serves as an Operating Partner/Consultant at Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe. Prior to his roles at Yale, Dr. Taheri was CEO of the University of Vermont Medical Group, and prior to that, was Division Chief of the University of Michigan Trauma Burn Center.

Dr. Taheri attended Medical School at New York University and his Residency was completed at Tulane University. He received an MBA from the University of Michigan and is licensed to practice medicine in New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
