David Blaylock, D.O., Vice Chairman

David Blaylock, DO, is the Vice Chairman of the Clinical Governance Board, and was a member of the Pinnacle team that negotiated Pinnacle’s partnership with USAP. He joined the Fort Worth division of Pinnacle in 2008 and was elected to serve as Division Manager and Board Representative in 2011. He serves on multiple committees at THR Harris Methodist Hospital including Physician’s Health and Rehab, Surgery Operations, Anesthesia Division QRC and Total Joint. Dr. Blaylock has been active in starting an acute postsurgical pain program and setting up an Anesthesiology Simulation Lab.
