Frank Burns

Frank Burns joined U.S. Anesthesia Partners in 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Burns has over thirty years of healthcare management experience, with a proven track record of driving exceptional financial and operational performance with high-growth companies. In his current role, he is responsible for revenue cycle management operations as well as all data analytics and information technology product and service delivery. In leading these efforts, Mr. Burns is focused on delivering best-in-class services and results to the clinical and business leaders at USAP.

Prior to joining USAP, Mr. Burns served as the Regional Vice President of the New England Physician Practice Management Division for McKesson where he was responsible for all operations and practice management functions. Under his leadership, the division grew to 650 employees managing over one billion in revenue for some of the largest academic and private health systems in the United States. Prior to his role at McKesson, Mr. Burns was Vice President of Client Services and Operations at IntelliCare, a national medical contact center focused on assisting patients with the most appropriate healthcare resources.
