USAP physician groups

Physician Groups

USAP enables our physician partners to focus on doing what they do best — provide the highest quality anesthesia care and patient experience.

We’re Physician-owned and Single-specialty

USAP is a national company, owned and clinically governed by practicing anesthesiologists. Our model keeps physician partners at the helm of their practice while giving them the tools and support to thrive. Teaming with USAP offers premier practices access to an advanced recruiting network, analytical tools, RCM and IT infrastructure, managed care relationships, and a national network that fosters clinical collaboration and innovation.

USAP physician partners are single-specialty groups enjoying the best of both worlds:

  • Clinical autonomy: We want you to continue being the same leading, successful, anesthesiology group that you always were. That’s why our clinical governance structure keeps local clinical decision-making and clinical operations in your hands.
  • Expert business leadership and support: USAP supports our local practices with the full spectrum of resources and infrastructure needed to make your lives easier and position you for a more secure future.

USAP services span the full range of clinical anesthesia care. 97% of USAP anesthesiologists are Board Certified or Board Eligible and more than half are fellowship trained in sub-specialties including Pediatrics, Trauma, Cardiac, Transplant, Obstetric, Neuro, Regional, Ambulatory, Pain, and Critical Care.
