Greg Stevens, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, has more than 30 years of experience serving in general counsel, chief compliance officer and other key executive roles at both public and private companies in the healthcare and technology sectors. Greg has worked closely with board of directors and executive management teams on developing strategies to achieve business objectives, manage risk, and comply with regulatory requirements. His wide-ranging experience includes advising on issues related to the development and implementation of the in-house legal and compliance functions, corporate governance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, regulatory compliance, executive compensation, investor relations, SEC reporting and other related matters.
