When disaster reaches a USAP team member, their fellow USAP colleagues show up.
USAP 4 USAP, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, has been established to help support USAP team members during times of crisis. The endowment is funded by USAP team members with additional support from USAP, and 100% of employee-given funds will go to colleagues. USAP 4 USAP is managed by a Board of Directors made up of USAP employees in a variety of roles and locations, and any USAP team member can apply for assistance.

“I’m super grateful that I’m working with a company that is so supportive. My husband’s job wouldn’t even pay him for the days he had to take off in the immediate aftermath, but USAP not only was understanding of the time I needed to take off but also give us this grant. We’ve been in shock and then a fog trying to get through all the steps we needed to take to absorb having a huge hole in our house that goes from the front door to the back garage and with the insurance company. This grant eased a lot of anxiety and pressure helping us to get a storage unit and securing basics necessities to help support my kids and family.”
